Our Mission
Demystifying Building Codes for the Design Profession
Foundations + Framework, LLC was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that building codes should not be a source of fear or confusion for design professionals. They should be a tool — one that, when understood properly, enables better, safer, and more compliant buildings.
Our principal is a registered architect with extensive experience in code consulting, building envelope analysis, ADA accessibility review, and expert witness work. Over the course of a career spanning more than two decades, we have seen the same code-related issues arise again and again — issues that could have been avoided with better education and clearer guidance.
That insight is the foundation of everything we do. Through our YouTube channel, online courses, blog, newsletters, ebooks, and checklists, we provide the education that the industry needs. Through our consulting services, we provide the expert support that projects demand.
