Do you work with clients nationwide?
Yes. Most of our consulting services can be performed remotely via document review and virtual meetings. On-site services (ADA inspections, building envelope field observations) are available nationally.
How quickly can you turn around a code review?
Turnaround time depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Simple code questions can often be addressed within a few days; comprehensive plan reviews typically take 1–2 weeks.
Do you work with individual architects or only firms?
Both. We work with solo practitioners, small firms, large practices, and individual building owners, tenants, and contractors.
What codes do you work with?
We primarily work with the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA codes, ADA Standards for Accessible Design, ICC A117.1, UFAS, and the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), as well as applicable local amendments.
